Filter products and edit catalogue data
Premium provides broad editing access to WooCommerce product data, including attributes, categories, tags, custom taxonomies, and custom meta fields. It also works with variable products and their variations.
- Set new prices or adjust them by a percentage or fixed amount. Schedule sale prices for a group with start and end dates.
- Update stock, SKU, status, categories, tags, attributes, and custom fields.
- Use the price calculator for decimal fields and edit serialized JSON metadata in a popup with a built-in data constructor.
- Bulk delete products selected by combinations of criteria.
Export filtered products and revisit changes
Export selected products to CSV, choose the columns, and use the native WooCommerce data format to import the data with WooCommerce’s importer. Save column sets and filter combinations as profiles for quicker access to recurring views.
History entries bulk and individual operations and supports rollback. Data saves through AJAX. Product-related taxonomies can be attached automatically for further editing, and the interface supports joint product editing without interference between users.
Use the built-in MCP server for assistant processes
Connect an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT in developer mode, or your own agent through MCP. Plain-language requests can filter products, apply bulk edits, review catalogue information, or prepare CSV exports. Changes are previewed before they are written, and you can roll them back from History.
The MCP server is off by default and must be enabled in the add-on options. A key is required for access. The optional two-factor connection also requires a shop administrator to confirm a session token.
