Bulk Edit Posts and Products in Spreadsheet Premium lets you view and edit WordPress records in rows and columns inside the administration area. Use the keyboard to move through the spreadsheet, sort by a column, and edit hundreds of posts without reloading the page. The extension works with Gutenberg, including editing post content in the spreadsheet, and the Classic Editor.

Posts and pages
View and edit fields such as titles, content, excerpts, featured images, publish dates, comment status, page parents, categories, and tags. Premium can enable spreadsheets for custom post types available on your website, including media attachments and portfolio entries.
WooCommerce products
The Premium product spreadsheet supports variable products, attributes, downloadable products, and variations. Editable fields include regular and sale prices, galleries, short descriptions, stock status and quantity, featured images, visibility, virtual and downloadable options, attributes, categories, tags, sale price dates, purchase notes, reviews, shipping class, and custom fields.
Apply bulk changes
Use the replace formula to update matching records with word or phrase replacements, status changes, messages before or after content or images, shortcodes, updated prices or links, stock status changes, categories, featured images, or the current date. The math formula can change product prices by a percentage and adjust stock for products in a specific category.
Bulk copying reuses cell values across records. For example, copy titles, excerpts, post dates, categories, or tags into multiple cells. Advanced Custom Fields integration lets you edit metaboxes in the spreadsheet. You can add custom columns for other add-on fields, enable or disable columns, and rename them. Developers can add columns with actions and filters.
WPBakery Page Builder integration lets you open the live or backend editor from the spreadsheet. Server consumption can be adjusted in the settings page for use on shared hosting.
Set up the spreadsheet
- Install the base spreadsheet plugin in WordPress.
- Activate the Premium edition through WordPress administration.
- Open the spreadsheet and configure the columns and post types for your site.
- Find records, edit values, and use formulas or copying for repeated changes.
- Review the updated records in the spreadsheet.
