Shipping methods governed by order conditions

Conditional Shipping for WooCommerce Pro applies rules to shipping methods and zones you already configure in WooCommerce. Restrict flat rate, free shipping, pickup, or other methods created through shipping zones so checkout displays the options that apply to each order.

For example, set Economy for orders under 30 kg and Freight for orders over 30 kg. Customers then see the shipping method that matches the order’s weight.

Conditions

Build rules using products, total weight, total length, height, width, volume, and order subtotal. Pro includes conditions for product measurements, shipping class, category, coupon, number of cart items, customer login status, and visitor role.

A product-measurement rule can limit a shipping method to carts whose highest product height is 10 cm or less.

Pro controls

Set shipping costs according to conditions. For example, a rule can increase the cost by 20% for large items. You can also change shipping method titles conditionally, show notices when rules apply, and display a custom message when no shipping method is available.

Existing and dynamic rates

The add-on works with shipping methods configured in WooCommerce and works with dynamic rates such as USPS and DHL. For dynamic methods, use the Match by name option when selecting a method. Debug mode helps you review how rules behave at checkout.

Setup and review

  1. Configure shipping methods and zones in WooCommerce.
  2. Choose the methods to restrict or adjust.
  3. Set conditions using order, product, cart, coupon, category, shipping class, or customer information.
  4. Add conditional costs, titles, notices, or a custom unavailable-method message as needed.
  5. Review the checkout result and use debug mode to troubleshoot rules.

Priority email support is available for Pro. The support forum is checked regularly, though a response cannot be guaranteed for every issue.
