Bulk editing for WooCommerce catalogs

ELEX WooCommerce Bulk Edit Products, Prices & Attributes Premium Version lets store owners update many WooCommerce products in one workflow. It works with Simple Products, Variable Products, individual variations, and External Products, including product attributes used to create variations.

Use it to change product titles, SKUs, catalog visibility, descriptions, short descriptions, regular and sale prices, stock options, quantities, backorders, tax settings, stock status, shipping classes, weights, dimensions, attributes, categories, and other listed product properties. Values can be added, appended, prepended, or replaced.

Filters and product selection

Filter by product type, category, attributes and attribute values, regular price, title, or SKU. Regular expression pattern matching is available for filtering. You can exclude products by ID or category, preview filtered products, and search within previewed results using Ajax. After filtering, choose or unselect products before applying an update.

Typical catalog work includes price changes, category updates, attribute maintenance, sale pricing, and scheduled updates. Prices can be increased or decreased by a percentage or fixed amount, and sale prices can be added where none are active.

Installation and use

Install and activate the Premium Version on a WordPress website using WooCommerce. Open the bulk edit workflow, pick filters, review the matching products, and select the products to update. Choose the properties and value operation, preview the selection, then apply the bulk change.

For scheduled work, set a specific date and time or configure a recurring job. After an update, use the immediate undo option to reverse the last WooCommerce bulk update, or use the scheduled revert option where applicable.
