Fraud Prevention For WooCommerce and EDD PRO lets store administrators apply customer blocking rules during registration and checkout. You can match several details at once, then review blocked customers and activity in the plugin dashboard.
Choose the details your rules check
Build rules around the identifiers and conditions relevant to your store. Available PRO criteria include first and last names, mobile phone numbers, suspicious email addresses, multiple IP addresses and domains, and specific domain extensions such as .com, .in, and .uk. Rules can also check states, ZIP codes, shipping zones, user roles, and browsers such as Safari or Chrome. The plugin can check external blacklists of temporary email domains.
Manage blacklists and review activity
Upload blacklisted ZIP codes and states in bulk with Excel sheets, and view blacklisted user details in the plugin interface. You can set a custom message for users who match a blocking rule. Dashboard reports display activity and orders so you can review how your configured rules are being used.
Set up registration and checkout controls
Install the plugin on the WordPress website running your WooCommerce or EDD store. In the settings, select the registration and checkout conditions to apply, then configure the customer details, locations, domains, browsers, and blacklist data for those rules. Add a message for blocked users and review dashboard reports as you adjust the rules to your store's needs.
Move settings between WooCommerce sites
PRO can import and export plugin settings in JSON format, which can help when migrating settings between WooCommerce websites. It also supports importing blacklisted ZIP codes and states from Excel sheets.
