How Does WPFront Notification Bar Pro Target Notifications?
Create multiple bars for promotions, announcements, news, and other time-sensitive messages. Use the advanced editor to prepare each notification. A notification contains a message and can include an optional button that opens a URL or executes JavaScript. Shortcodes in the message are processed.

Choose where and when bars appear
Place a bar at the top or bottom of the page, or keep it fixed as a sticky bar. Use Display on Scroll to control when it becomes visible instead of showing immediately on page load. You can also set a delay in seconds before it appears.
Set the bar height and tailor its colors to suit your website. If the message is not suited to smaller screens, you can hide the bar on small devices.
Set timing and user controls
Optionally display a close button for users. You can set how many seconds pass before the bar closes automatically and display a Reopen Button so visitors can access the notification again after closing it.
Target pages, roles, and dates
Select the pages and posts where a notification should appear. User-role selection lets you show it to guest visitors or another selected group. Set Start and End dates to define when the notification is active, including when it should stop appearing after a specified date.
Setup and preview
After adding WPFront Notification Bar Pro to your WordPress site, open its settings area and create a notification. Write the message, optionally add a button, pick the bar position, and adjust its appearance. Then configure timing, visitor controls, targeting, and dates before selecting the pages or posts where it should display.
The bar does not appear on wp-admin pages, except on the notification bar settings page, where it previews your changes. The extension source states that it does not collect personal information. Consult the extension's settings information and troubleshooting resources for option details or help reviewing a configuration.
