MailChimp Subscribe Form Premium is a WordPress extension for creating email signup forms and opt-in displays. Use the visual template editor to adjust form styling to match your website, without coding.

Templates and display formats

The plugin includes more than 60 free templates. Premium unlocks more than 50 additional templates and includes styling controls. You can make unlimited responsive forms, and AJAX forms are available as a submission option.

The popup builder supports popups, flyins, subscribe bars and full-page opt-in forms. Choose a format for the area where you want the form to appear.

Email services and subscriber data

The plugin supports MailChimp and GetResponse. Premium adds integrations with major email services. Form data can be sent directly to MailChimp or saved in the site database. Data saved in the database can be downloaded as a CSV file for use with an email marketing service.

Shortcodes and landing pages

Add a form to posts and pages with its shortcode. Shortcodes can also be used in widget areas that support them. The plugin can be used with the separate Landing Page Builder Landing Page plugin, which includes landing page templates.

Create and place a form

1. Install and activate the plugin in WordPress.
2. Select a template or create a form, then adjust its styling in the visual editor.
3. Choose a display format, such as a popup, flyin, subscribe bar or full-page opt-in.
4. Configure MailChimp, GetResponse, another supported email service or database storage.
5. Copy the shortcode from the options panel and add it to your site.
6. Download database-stored form data as a CSV file when needed.
