Build forms in Elementor
RTMForm is a visual form builder for Elementor. Create contact, feedback, inquiry, newsletter, and data-collection forms, then arrange fields and adjust labels, placeholders, required settings, and styling in the editor without custom CSS. Responsive controls help forms adapt to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
Choose fields for the information you need
RTMForm includes 12 essential field widgets, with reCAPTCHA also available to help protect forms from automated abuse.
- Text and Text Area: Collect short responses, names, longer messages, or comments.
- Email and Telephone: Gather contact details. Email fields validate addresses, and telephone fields support formatting options.
- Number, Date, and Time: Capture numeric values, dates, and selected times.
- Radio Button, Select, and Checkbox: Let users choose one option, choose from a dropdown, or choose multiple options.
- GDPR Consent: Add a checkbox for privacy notices or applicable terms.
- Submit Button: Customize its appearance and visual options.
Manage submissions
Admin notification emails can alert you when visitors submit a form. User confirmation emails can acknowledge a submission or provide follow-up information. Submitted entries can be saved in the WordPress admin panel and exported together as a CSV file for spreadsheet use.
Use the required-login option for forms intended only for signed-in visitors. Required fields can display a red star, and an error message can appear when required information is missing.
Extend the process with RTMForm Pro
RTMForm Pro adds multi-step forms for dividing longer processes into stages, plus Login and Register widgets for account-related forms in Elementor. It also includes SMTP configuration support for outgoing form notifications. Email delivery depends on your mail server, provider, and configuration.
Set up the form
Elementor and RTMKit are required. Install and activate them with RTMForm, then open RTMForm from the WordPress dashboard menu. Create and tailor the form in Elementor, and configure notifications, confirmations, saved entries, and CSV export for your workflow. Documentation and video tutorials are available for setup and customization.
