Campaigns and donation forms in WordPress
SureDonation Pro gives nonprofits, charities, schools, religious organizations, creators and fundraising teams tools to run campaigns and accept donations from a WordPress website. Administrators build campaigns and forms with WordPress blocks, then manage donation activity from the dashboard.
Create unlimited campaigns with fundraising goals, live progress, a status, featured picture, default donation form and dedicated page. Campaign pages can display progress, statistics, recent donations, donor lists and comments, social sharing, and a donation button. Eight templates provide starting points for various types of appeals.
Donor choices and form controls
Forms can offer preset amounts with descriptions or a custom amount field. Add donor fields such as email, phone, address, dropdowns, checkboxes and comments. Administrators can set required fields and validation rules for email, numbers, length and donation amounts. Donors can give anonymously, and anonymous donors are hidden from public donor lists. Forms can also include an optional privacy consent checkbox and a cover-fee option.
Form styling includes colors, backgrounds, spacing and borders, with a live preview. Place forms with a block or the [suredonation_form] shortcode. Elementor widgets and Bricks elements are also available for forms and campaign show blocks.
Payments and donor records
Stripe supports credit and debit card donations in test and live modes. PayPal has sandbox and live modes, guided onboarding and dashboard refunds. For offline donations, administrators can provide bank transfer or check instructions and complete payments manually. Fee recovery can use a global rate or rates set for each gateway. Server-side checks validate payment amounts and form fields.
Administrators can review donor profiles, donation history, totals and statuses, and import or export donor and donation records. SureDonation links donors to WordPress user accounts only after their email address is verified. Email notifications use customizable templates and smart tags.
What SureDonation Pro adds
Donors can make daily, weekly, monthly or yearly recurring donations through Stripe or PayPal. Subscription emails and administrator controls support canceling, pausing or resuming a subscription. The donor dashboard lets donors sign in with a password or an emailed link, review donation history, download receipts and manage recurring donations.
Pro also adds PDF receipts with three designs, per-form settings and email attachments; multi-step forms using the Page Break block; and Gift Aid declarations for UK donors, with claim exports for HMRC. Other Pro tools include date and time picker fields, revenue reports with exports, internal donor notes, additional form styling controls and email marketing integrations with ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Kit, Mailchimp or MailerLite. Pro migration tools can import subscriptions from GiveWP or Charitable and provide import history and rollback.

Install and activate the extension, follow the guided setup to connect a payment method, then create a campaign and add a donation form.
