Wallet for WooCommerce Pro extends a WooCommerce digital wallet and store credit system. Customers can add funds using supported payment methods, pay with their balance, and transfer funds to other registered customers by email. The wallet ledger tracks credits and debits.

Cashback rules and reward events

Set cashback according to cart totals, individual products or product categories, and choose the order status that triggers rewards, such as Processing or Completed. WooCommerce coupons can be converted into wallet rewards. Customers can also earn credit for registration, daily visits and product reviews. Daily visit rewards are limited to once per calendar day, with an optional first-purchase requirement and monthly cap.

Applying credit at checkout

A wallet balance can cover an entire order or part of it alongside another payment gateway. Available funds can also be applied automatically as a checkout discount. Store owners can credit a customer's wallet when processing a refund, making the balance available for a later purchase.

The administration area shows user balances and transaction history. Store owners can manually credit or debit a balance with notes, and lock or unlock wallets. The wallet dashboard also shows withdrawal and coupon activity.

Checkout and currency compatibility

The add-on works with WooCommerce Blocks checkout, WPML and WooCommerce Subscriptions, with built-in support for Dokan, WCFM and WCMarketplace. Multi-currency integrations include YayCurrency, WOOCS, WPML Multilingual and Multi-Currency, CURCY and Aelia Currency Switcher. Wallet balances, top-ups, transfers and cashback convert using the active provider's live rates. A generic fallback detects the active currency through the woocommerce_currency filter; if conversion is unavailable, it uses the stored amount and records an audit-log warning.

Set up the wallet

Install Wallet for WooCommerce Pro on the WordPress site running WooCommerce. Configure wallet payments, top-ups, cashback rules and transfers, then set the Pro options that fit the store's workflow. Review balances and transaction history in the administration area and configure any required expiry, withdrawal, coupon, importer, affiliate or reporting rules.
