WP All Export - User Export Add-On Premium works with WP All Export to prepare WordPress user data for spreadsheets, XML feeds, migrations, or external workflows. Choose the fields and users to include, then export to CSV, Excel (.xls or .xlsx), or XML.

The free add-on exports standard user fields to CSV or simple XML. The premium setup adds Excel output, advanced XML feeds, access to all user fields including custom fields from third-party plugins, filters, scheduling, Zapier integration, PHP functions, and email technical support.

Choose and shape export fields

Use the drag-and-drop interface to choose columns and arrange their order. Rename fields, combine values, or make fields with embedded functions. Conditional logic and PHP snippets can modify or combine data as it is exported; they shape the output file rather than changing the stored WordPress user records.

Filter users with nested conditions

Filters can use more than 30 user fields, including fields added by third-party add-ons. Nested conditions let you combine rules such as Condition A OR (Condition B AND Condition C), so the export can include the user records that match a more specific set of criteria.

Schedule exports and connect workflows

Run an export on demand or schedule it through the extension's automatic scheduling service or server cron jobs. Zapier can connect exports with thousands of external applications. For bulk edits, export selected users, update the spreadsheet, and import the changes with WP All Import.

Set up a user export

Install and activate WP All Export with the User Export Add-On. In WordPress, open All Export > New Export and pick Users. Select and arrange fields, add filters if needed, choose CSV, Excel, or XML, then run the export. To repeat the task automatically, configure a schedule after completing the export options.
