1. Return Policy
We offer returns on most items purchased from Skart within 6 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in new, unused, and resellable condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products like underwear, swimwear, or beauty products may not be eligible for return.
- Items purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional event may have specific return restrictions (please refer to the item details at the time of purchase).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@skart.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note:
- Refunds for returned items will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive the return.
- The shipping cost you paid at checkout is non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
- If your refund is approved, we will notify you via email, and the refunded amount will be credited to your account.
3. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@skart.com. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear images of the damaged or defective item in your communication to expedite the process.
5. How to Return an Item
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with your Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation email.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure that it reaches us safely.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or personalized items
7. Cancellation Policy
