1. Shipping Methods & Rates

  •  Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7 business days.

2. Order Processing

Once you place an order, we work quickly to process and prepare it for shipping. Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3 PM EST will typically be processed the same day; orders placed after that will be processed the following business day.

We ship to domestic . Domestic shipping is available within theIndia.

6. Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please ensure that your address is correct before completing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect information.

  • If you realize an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@skart.com, and we will do our best to update it before the order is processed.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We may be unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses for certain items. If this applies to your order, you will be notified during checkout.
  • Remote Areas: If your shipping address is in a remote location, additional fees or longer delivery times may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Skart is committed to ensuring your package arrives safely. However, once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. You can also reach out to our customer support team for help.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist with a return, replacement, or refund.

9. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, and shipping carrier issues may cause delays. Skart cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
