ACF Import Pro Add-On maps CSV, Excel, or XML records to Advanced Custom Fields in WordPress. Its import panel shows ACF fields beside data from the source file, so you can drag values into the fields they should populate across many records instead of entering them one at a time.

Files can retain their existing structure and column names. CSV files are editable in common spreadsheet software; if special characters cause import issues, UTF-8 encoding is recommended.

From source file to ACF records

Install and activate WP All Import, the free ACF Import Add-On, and the required Pro components. Start an import, choose a CSV, Excel, or XML file, then select the WordPress content type. In the ACF panel, map file values to fields, configure picture imports or custom functions if needed, preview the result, and run the import. To repeat the process, configure a scheduled import through WP All Import Pro.
