Move from default labels to store-specific stock messages

Advanced Custom Stock Status PRO lets WooCommerce stores use custom availability wording and colors, globally or for individual products. The PRO edition adds custom stock statuses, category-level options, and messages based on product quantity, so customers can see more specific availability on product pages and shop listings.

Manage products and variations

Bulk edit stock settings across multiple products, including variable products. For category pages, you can conceal a variable product’s stock status or configure a setting that checks variation statuses and shows a matching status. Category-level rules let you apply wording to a product group, while quantity-based messages reflect the available amount.

Choose where stock information appears

Set status colors and font size, then move the stock message below the add-to-cart button on a single product page. You can hide the sad face shown for out-of-stock products, show custom messages for grouped products in shop pages and other listings, and show stock information in the WooCommerce product collection block, cart, and checkout.

Order email settings control whether a “Stock Status” tag appears before custom stock text. The add-on also supports backorder status messaging in WooCommerce order confirmations.

Add delivery and follow-up details

The wcss_learn_more shortcode can add a learn-more URL after a stock status. The wcss_delivery_date shortcode adds a delivery date using a number of days and optional excluded days, such as weekends. The woo_custom_stock_status shortcode displays the custom stock status.

Install Advanced Custom Stock Status, add the PRO edition to your WordPress site, then open WooCommerce settings and select the custom stock tab. Create or pick statuses, set colors and display preferences, and assign them to products, categories, or quantity rules. Review product and shop pages after making changes.
