Cloud libraries and supported entries
Libraries are accessible from anywhere and can hold media, posts, pages, templates made with the Block Editor or a page builder, and WooCommerce products, coupons, and orders. Teams can prepare shared materials in one place, then reuse them across websites in styling and publishing workflows.
- Store Block Editor and page builder templates in cloud libraries.
- Organize media, posts, pages, templates, and the listed WooCommerce items.
- Keep shared assets available while preparing them for use on a particular WordPress website.
Editors and front-end tools
Assistant works with the Block Editor and common WordPress page builders. Listed integrations include Gutenberg, Beaver Builder, Elementor, Divi, and Visual Composer.
From its front-end interface, Assistant lets users access posts, pages, and archives; view recently edited posts; search WordPress; find posts, pages, and custom post types; upload media by dropping files into the Media app; monitor comments and theme or extension updates; and add custom labels to posts or pages.
Shared materials across staging and production
Cloud libraries keep templates and other reusable assets available to people involved in content, design, and site delivery. This works with agencies, designers, and site teams working across multiple WordPress sites, while letting them prepare shared materials separately from placing them on a particular installation.
