Booking calendars for appointments and reservations

Booking Package Premium adds controls for WordPress bookings, including appointments, room rentals, services, events and facilities. Visitors use a responsive booking interface on your site, without an iframe or a new window. Administrators manage schedules and booking details in the dashboard. The calendars can also support options such as hotels, clinics, schools, studios and conference rooms.

Set times and availability

Booking times can use hours or minutes, with intervals as short as one minute. Premium lets administrators change a visitor’s booking time and service details after submission. It can also display remaining capacity for each time slot, or restrict a visitor’s calendar to a specified year and month. When the month setting is enabled, users cannot navigate to other months.

• Set service availability within specific time frames, such as Mondays and Fridays from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Choose a period and delete published booking schedules within it.

• Share schedules across multiple booking calendars from one calendar.

Manage customer bookings and accounts

Visitors can register for an account and skip entering personal information during booking. Administrators manage registered clients under Booking Package > Users in the dashboard. Visitors or customers can cancel bookings. Administrators can review bookings, change their status, edit booking details and create bookings for customers.

Payment methods

Online payments are available through Stripe and PayPal in the Standard Plan. Stripe support includes Apple Pay and Pay with Google.

Add the booking interface to a page

Create a booking calendar, configure its times and services, then add the booking interface to a WordPress page or post with a shortcode. Visitors can select services and an available time, enter their details or use their account, and complete payment when enabled.
