Conditional Payments for WooCommerce Pro applies rules to payment methods already available in your store, including built-in and third-party options such as PayPal, Stripe, and Cash on Delivery. Choose whether a method is hidden when conditions are met or shown only when they are met.

Use order and customer details to set availability

A shipping method condition can limit Cash on Delivery to orders using Local pickup. A billing company condition can make Invoice available to business clients and help prevent private customers from ordering with it.

Conditions cover products, order subtotal, shipping method, and all billing and shipping address fields. Pro also includes conditions for:

• Coupons and currency
• Stock status, including in stock and backorders
• Shipping class and product category
• Logged-in or logged-out status
• User role and groups
• Language through Polylang or WPML

Add conditional fees and review rule behavior

Pro can apply a payment method fee only when selected conditions apply. Debug mode helps examine conditional behavior during setup if a payment method is missing or being restricted unexpectedly.

Configure payment rules

After installing the plugin, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Conditions. Set whether a payment method should be hidden or shown when its conditions are met, then add conditional fees where needed. Use debug mode to review behavior during setup.
