Contact Form to Email Pro combines a visual form builder with email delivery and a WordPress database record for each submission. Manage incoming messages from email or the administration area, then use the messages list and reports to review form activity.

Build forms and set field behavior

Use the drag-and-drop builder to add and arrange fields, edit labels, and set validation rules. Labels and validation text support any language, including special characters. To place fields on the same line, assign the predefined column2, column3, or column4 CSS class.

Send notifications and reply to messages

Send submissions to one or more email addresses with plain-text or HTML notification messages. Administrator notifications and user confirmations can be enabled or disabled separately, and you can configure an automatic reply for the person who submits a form. A fixed sender address is recommended for compatibility with mail servers; the visitor’s email can be set as the Reply-To address.

From the messages list, reply to a submission with the built-in AI assistant. Add optional instructions to draft a response, then send it from the dashboard. The assistant uses a keyless service and requires no external account, and sent replies are added to the message record.

Review entries, exports, and reports

The messages list can be filtered by text, date range, and form. Administrators can edit or delete submissions, print a list, and export selected data to CSV or Excel. Exports include field names as column headers, so the resulting CSV can also be opened in Excel.

Reports show submissions by day or hour and can count values for a selected form field or metadata field. Automatic reports can cover all forms or an individual form, execute at a configured interval, and include new submission data as a CSV or Excel attachment.

Choose spam protection and submission behavior

Built-in CAPTCHA protection helps filter spam without an external anti-spam service. Forms support classic or Ajax submission. After submission, users can be redirected to a thank-you page or shown a confirmation message on the same page without a refresh.

Install and configure

If the free edition is installed, delete it before installing the Pro edition; the supplied instructions state that this preserves add-on data and settings. Alternatively, overwrite the add-on files through an FTP connection. After installation, build or adjust fields, configure validation and email recipients, and pick the submission and confirmation behavior. If non-Latin characters display incorrectly, use the troubleshoot area to adjust database encoding and try UTF-8 first.
