Checkout Field Manager Premium lets WooCommerce store administrators change the information collected at checkout. Edit core fields or add custom ones in the Billing, Shipping, and Additional sections, then set their labels, visibility, and order. Conditional rules can show or conceal fields according to the value selected in a parent field; the available options depend on that field's type.

Build fields and arrange checkout

Create more than 20 types of custom fields, including text, textarea, password, radio, checkbox, choose, country, state, multiselect, multicheckbox, heading, color picker, file upload, email, phone, message, button, time picker, date picker, and number fields. Remove, rename, highlight, show, hide, extend, or reorder checkout fields. Place them in Billing, Shipping, or Additional, and reposition the Additional Fields section.

You can require a shipping address so shipping fields stay visible, or force account creation during checkout using the customer's billing email.

Set when fields appear

Use parent-field values to show relevant questions only when they apply. Premium can also filter fields by cart subtotal. Checkbox fields can be shown or hidden in the account area, checkout, orders, emails, or invoices.

Use field data with orders

Add unlimited file upload fields. Customers can upload or delete documents through the order page, and uploaded files appear in order details. You can add charges based on field values and show custom field data in the orders admin list, where it can be sorted or filtered. In each WooCommerce order, field data is grouped under Billing, Shipping, and Additional.

Adjust the checkout flow

• Remove the order notes field.
• Display a custom message before or after the checkout form.
• Place the cart and checkout on the same page.
• Choose which fields appear in orders, emails, or invoices.

The add-on currently does not support WooCommerce Checkout Blocks introduced in version 8.3 and later. Its capabilities require a classic checkout page using the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode.

Configure checkout fields

Install and activate the extension, then open its checkout field settings. Create or edit fields, pick a section and type, configure visibility or conditional rules, and arrange their order. Review the checkout form and confirm that the collected information appears in the relevant order sections.
