Elementor Forms Google Sheets Connector PRO

Elementor Forms Google Sheets Connector PRO sends supported form submissions to a selected Google Spreadsheet as new rows in real time. It supports standard and advanced form fields, and records the submission date automatically. Use the connected sheet to organize leads, inquiries, bookings, registrations, or customer data.

Forms and spreadsheet connections

The connector works with Elementor Pro Forms, Elementor Atomic Forms, and MetForm Free or Pro. Elementor Pro is required for the Elementor Form widget. Each form can connect to a various spreadsheet, and PRO supports multiple feeds per form. You can map form fields to sheet columns and open the connected spreadsheet from the plugin options.

Configure the connection

First, authenticate with Google. A one-time authentication enables continuous synchronization. PRO also supports manual Google API configuration and Service Account authentication.

Enter the Google Sheet name, Sheet ID, tab name, and tab ID in the plugin settings or in the Elementor Form editor. In the editor, open Actions After Submit and choose GSheetConnector. Prepare the sheet’s column headers to match the form field labels, or use PRO to generate headers from the fields. Then select which fields to synchronize and set their order. Submit a test form to confirm that the data reaches the connected sheet.

PRO field and sheet controls

  • Create column headers automatically from form fields.
  • Synchronize previously submitted Elementor, Elementor Atomic Form, or MetForm entries.
  • Edit and reorder fields, and enable or disable individual fields before synchronization.
  • Capture submission time, IP address, browser information, and additional metadata.
  • Freeze header rows, personalize header colors, and style alternating rows.

These controls can help keep incoming records organized and make larger sheets easier to scan. Existing entries can also be brought into the spreadsheet when moving an established form workflow.
