Choose how to make a form

Start with one of 40 or more pre-built templates, begin from scratch, or describe the form you need to the AI Form Builder. From a plain-language prompt, it can draft fields, logic, and layout. Inspiration prompts provide starting points, and follow-up prompts let you refine the draft before publishing. Examples include a freelance contract, a health check-in with range sliders, and a multi-step application.

For manual editing, use the drag-and-drop builder to add fields, rearrange layouts, and change settings without code. The plugin includes more than 40 form fields, with file and picture uploads for collecting supporting material. Adjust colors, fonts, spacing, borders, and backgrounds in the style customizer.

Configure submissions and payments
