FileBird Document Library Pro
FileBird Document Library Pro presents files from the WordPress Media Library as frontend document libraries. FileBird folders organize the collection into categories, so visitors can view files by folder instead of navigating a manually assembled attachment list. Changes to files in those folders, including additions, moves, and removals, are reflected in the displayed library.

Browse by folder
The Pro edition adds a frontend folder directory with multi-level trees, nested folders, breadcrumbs, and sidebar navigation. You can set the search scope, choose custom folder icons, and show extra metadata columns for entries such as YouTube and external links.
Choose a library layout
Create a gallery with Gutenberg using one folder or several. Set a custom title, show a folder icon, and limit the number of files per page. Visitors can switch between library sections. Grid and list layouts are available, with sorting by document name, modified date, or file size. Provide attachment links or a download button for file access.
Supported files
The library supports files hosted in WordPress, including PDF; DOC and DOCX; PPT, PPTX, PPS, and PPSX; ODT; XLS and XLSX; PSD; SVG, CAD, and DWG; Apple formats such as .numbers and .pages; and ebook formats such as .prc, .epub, .mobi, .azw, and .djvu.
Use it to organize manuals, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, ebooks, design files, and other document collections by department, topic, project, or year.
Requirements and setup
FileBird, Free or Pro, version 5.0 or later is required for folder management. Gutenberg is optional for creating and editing galleries. A page builder with shortcode support is also optional for integration. The free version allows unlimited Gutenberg library blocks but one document library shortcode; Pro is suited to sites that need multiple libraries on different pages through page builders, as well as its frontend folder directory and navigation functions.
