Start with the form and its fields

Fluent Forms Pro extends a drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Arrange fields and sections without writing code to create contact forms, applications, registrations, product orders, donations, quizzes, surveys, or calculators. The responsive, accessible forms support visitors using various devices and needs.

Pro includes more than 55 input fields, such as image and file uploads, phone fields, ratings, checkable grids, range sliders, color pickers, dynamic fields, and chained selects. Multi-column layouts place fields side by side; multi-step forms split longer forms into sections. Conversational forms display one question at a time and can be shared by direct URL, shortcode, or HTML embedding. Pro users can adjust conversational form fonts, colors, and backgrounds, and visitors can navigate with scrolling and key presses.

Use answers to shape the next step

Conditional logic can reveal relevant fields based on responses. Set confirmation messages to change when specified conditions are met, route email notifications according to submission details, and use advanced validation to control what information a form accepts. For more structured processes, Pro also includes admin approval, double opt-in, auto-delete entries, advanced search filters, and inventory management.

Choose a payment or calculation flow

Create payment, product order, subscription, and donation forms with payment gateway integrations including PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Paddle, Square, Paystack, Mollie, and Authorize.net. Combine payment fields with product details, quantities, methods, and summaries. For Stripe payments, the source describes Pro as removing the add-on's 1.9% transaction fee; Stripe's own charges still apply.

Numeric calculation fields support forms such as car loan, BMI, mortgage, or tax calculators. Set minimum and maximum values for numeric inputs. The PDF capability can generate invoices, reports, or order summaries for download or email delivery after submission.

Review submissions and results

Build scored quizzes and pick whether participants see their results after submission or by email. Surveys can display their results, while reporting tools help review submissions and payment data. Entry management includes advanced search, approval, inventory controls, and automatic deletion options.

Other Pro capabilities include user registration, advanced post and custom post type creation, address autocomplete, geo-location provider support, and SMS notifications. The listed catalog includes 60+ third-party integrations, with additional connections available through Zapier.

Set the appearance and move existing forms

The Advanced Form Styler controls colors, fonts, box shadows, borders, margins, and padding; styles can also be imported from previous forms. The one-click migrator works with moving forms from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Caldera Forms, Ninja Forms, or Gravity Forms.

Build and publish

In WordPress, open the drag-and-drop builder and select a reusable template or start a form from scratch. Add the fields, configure any conditional logic or payment settings, adjust the styling, then publish using the available WordPress form placement options.
