Present dishes and their details

Pro includes more than 20 layouts, with grid, slider, filter, category, and WooCommerce show variations. Single-page and multi-page popups can show entry details. AJAX pagination supports numbered pages, load more, and auto-scroll; the Isotope Filter layout also uses AJAX pagination.

Set various prices for sizes such as small, medium, and large, and enter regular and sale prices for an item. Add ingredients and nutrition details with units using drag and drop. Customers can review and rate menu items, while product add-ons let them choose extras such as toppings, sides, or special requests.

Configure ordering and table service

Pro delivery and pickup settings let you set order types by food location, with weekly schedules and holiday rules. Percentage discounts can apply to selected menus, categories, or the cart. WooCommerce supplies the cart and checkout; Food Menu also supports its mini cart and block-based Pickup/Delivery and Tip blocks.

The Food Menu extension includes a standard reservation system with a booking form, capacity handling, and an admin reservation list, plus tips and gratuity, scheduled special-menu popups, and percentage product discounts. Pro adds Visual Table Reservation, an interactive floor plan where guests choose an exact table and seat.

With QR Code Table Ordering, dine-in guests scan a code to browse and order, and each order is tied to its table. A minimal checkout is available for QR orders.

Follow orders through the restaurant

Pro includes a live kitchen monitor with audio alerts and quick status controls, POS printing for order, kitchen, packing, and delivery-driver slips, and SMS and WhatsApp notifications. Custom order statuses can trigger email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages. The order timeline records status changes, and clients can check progress on a tracking page with their order ID and email.

Other workflow tools include timed product visibility, order bumps in the mini cart, a configurable multi-step checkout, and custom select or text fields at checkout. A frontend dashboard supports order and inventory management outside wp-admin. Inventory tools track stock and wastage, generate reports, and keep activity logs. Role Manager controls access to orders, inventory, and the Kitchen Monitor.

Publish the menu in WordPress

Create unlimited shortcodes with the four-step generator: choose a layout, set filtering and the data source, select visible fields, then style the display. Food Menu also provides a Gutenberg block, Elementor widgets, and WPBakery support through shortcodes. Styling controls cover colors, typography, and images. Translation-ready documents support Loco Translate and WPML.
