Modern Cart Pro adds a side cart drawer or centered popup to a WooCommerce store. The drawer opens on the current page when a customer adds a product or selects the floating cart icon. The default WooCommerce cart page remains available for compatibility.

How cart updates change what shoppers see

When a customer adds a product, removes an entry, or changes a quantity, AJAX updates the cart without a page reload. Totals update as the cart changes. The floating icon stays in the corner of each page and shows a live item count, providing another way to open the cart while browsing.

Modern Cart Pro supports simple, variable, grouped, and subscription products. Variable product attributes and subscription details show in the side cart.

Recommendations, coupons, and progress bars

Product recommendations can appear inside the cart, and recommendations are also available when the cart is empty. A free shipping progress bar shows how close a customer is to the configured shipping threshold. Stores can also set reward milestones, such as a free gift or discount. Both progress indicators update as entries are added or removed.

The built-in coupon form lets clients enter and apply discount codes in the side cart, with totals updating without a reload. Modern Cart can work with Power Coupons for WooCommerce for auto-apply and rule-based discounts. Express checkout in the Pro edition gives customers another path from the cart.

Cart presentation and compatibility

Advanced color controls, custom icon uploads, and cart width settings let stores adjust the cart's appearance. Customers can open the floating cart from any page and review or manage items without navigating to the cart page.

Compatible themes include Astra, Spectra, Blocksy, Kadence, GeneratePress, OceanWP, Hello Elementor, Storefront, Bricks Builder, Flatsome, Hestia, and Neve. Setup and administration

1. Install and activate Modern Cart Pro on a WooCommerce site.
2. Choose the side cart drawer or popup presentation.
3. Enable the floating cart icon for access from each page.
4. Configure recommendations, coupons, progress bars, express checkout, and visual settings.

The plugin's admin area delivers changelog and knowledge base information. It connects to CartFlows services for these read-only requests, which send no user data.
