Lead Form Builder Pro creates responsive WordPress forms for contact requests, registrations, newsletters, and lead collection. Start with a pre-built template or create a form, then arrange fields with drag and drop. Form creation is unlimited.

Add forms to pages, posts, or widgets with a generated shortcode. The plugin supports the WordPress Block Editor and page builders including Elementor, Brizy, SiteOrigin, and Gutenberg. It also includes Lead Form Builder and Advance Lead Form blocks.

Configure fields and appearance

Choose text or name, email, URL, number, textarea, radio button, checkbox, date, dropdown, or file upload fields. A placeholder can provide a default value, and forms can use small, medium, or large sizing. Set colors for fields, headings, and buttons, add a header or form background picture or color, and use the Live Customizer or custom CSS to adjust the styling.

Set a custom thank-you message or redirect visitors to a thank-you page after submission. Forms can also be reset when needed.

Route and review submissions

Send leads by email, save them in the database, or use both methods. The lead management area lists submissions separately for each form. Lead export can include tracing details such as IP address, country, operating system, and browser.

Configure separate email options for administrators and customers, including distinct “from” and “to” addresses. The plugin supports unlimited email notifications, autoresponders for form submitters, and SMTP mail configuration. MailChimp integration supports newsletter workflows.

Control spam and move forms

Spam protection supports Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, plus Cloudflare Turnstile. Google One Tap Login is also included as a premium feature. Import and export tools let you move form configurations, and the Lead Form Styler Elementor addon includes Elementor-focused styling options.

Set up a form

1. Upload lead-form-builder.zip to the /wp-content/add-ons/ directory and activate the plugin from the WordPress Plugins menu.
2. Select a pre-built template or create a form, add and arrange fields, then configure notifications, autoresponders, lead storage, and spam protection.
3. Adjust sizing, colors, backgrounds, and other styling options.
4. Generate the shortcode and place the form on a page, post, or widget, or use a supported editor.
5. Review submissions in lead management and export leads when needed.
