Ninja Tables Premium and Ninja Tables Pro are paid editions for building interactive WordPress tables without code. Use tables to organize products, comparisons, pricing, academic or sports data, posts, employee statistics, reviews, specifications, media galleries, and movie information. Add a finished table to a page or post with its shortcode.

Choose a mode and data source

Advanced mode lets you configure columns and data types. Simple mode uses a drag-and-drop builder with elements such as text, buttons, icons, lists, HTML, and shortcodes. Both modes support unlimited data. The table mode determines how you arrange information; the creation option determines where the data comes from. Available sources and functions depend on the selected option and edition.

You can enter data manually or import CSV and JSON documents. Other table creation options include Google Sheets, WooCommerce products and reviews, WordPress posts, pages and custom post types, Fluent Forms entries, FluentCart products, external CSV files, and custom SQL queries. FluentCart table integration is also available in the free edition. To connect a Google Sheet, publish its data, choose the connection option, and add the sheet link.

Customize tables for users

Searchable tables, responsive layouts, predefined color schemes, custom colors, and filters help visitors find and read information. Choose from more than 100 table styles and personalize with CSS, Bootstrap 3 or 4, or the semantic library. Responsive settings include six breakpoints, column visibility controls, and a stackable layout for smaller screens.

Conditional formatting applies rules such as equal, not equal, contains, or does not contain. Depending on the condition, you can change cell colors, text colors, cell content, or CSS classes. The paid editions also support pictures, files, lightboxes, buttons, links, selected field types, front-end editing, cell merging or splitting, and HTML value transformation.

Templates, charts, and migration

More than 50 free templates offer starting layouts. Download a template ZIP, import its JSON file into the dashboard, customize the table, and embed it. You can also migrate tables from TablePress or Data Tables Generator by Supsystic, or import table data from CSV and JSON files.

Ninja Tables integrates with Ninja Charts for dynamic charts and graphs. ChartJS and Google Charts are available libraries, with chart types that include pie and bar charts.

Create and embed a table

Install the paid edition through your WordPress extension workflow and open the Ninja Tables dashboard. Choose Advanced or Simple mode, select a table creation option, then add or connect the data. Customize the design and available filters, save the table, and place it on your site with its shortcode.
