SureForms Business extends the SureForms WordPress form builder with advanced form types and workflows. Forms are created as editable blocks in the WordPress block editor. Start with an AI-generated draft, a template, or a blank form, then adjust its fields, wording, layout, notifications and settings.

Describe the form in plain language and AI generates a structure with suggested fields and labels. You can edit the result in Gutenberg; form generation does not require an external AI API key. Drag, drop, reorder, duplicate and style fields as you create, then publish with a block or shortcode.

Business form types

Conditional logic can show or conceal fields and set notifications or confirmation messages according to submitted answers. Business also includes fields such as date and time pickers, file uploads, signatures, ratings, range sliders, repeaters, hidden fields, custom HTML and password fields.

Workflows and submissions

Additional Business workflows include PDF generation from form submissions, save and resume, partial entries, submission restrictions, custom post creation, conditional emails and confirmations, and dynamic settings sourced from post types, taxonomies or user roles.

Form entries can be reviewed, searched and exported from the WordPress dashboard. Email notifications are customizable, including recipients, reply-to addresses, subject lines, message content and submitted form data. After submission, show a confirmation message or redirect users to another page.

Payment forms

SureForms supports Stripe payment forms for products, services, donations, subscriptions and event fees. SureForms Business adds PayPal payments for payment forms, donations, memberships, bookings and registration payments.

Installation and publishing

In WordPress, install SureForms and open the form builder in the block editor. Choose AI generation, a template or a blank form, select the fields and workflow, configure notifications and payment settings where applicable, then publish with a block or shortcode.
