Appointments and events in one booking system

Timetics Pro adds advanced scheduling and event tools to a WordPress booking system. Customers choose an available time, submit their details, and pay during booking. Confirmed appointments block their time slots to help prevent scheduling conflicts. Staff can manage services, availability, and bookings from one dashboard.

Pro includes the free version's appointment booking tools. Use it for coaching, consultations, tutoring, classes, interviews, support calls, fitness sessions, workshops, or ticketed events.

Recurring appointments and schedule changes

Clients can book weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom recurring appointments in one step. They can also reschedule an appointment themselves; updated confirmations and reminders are sent after the change. The AI scheduling feature analyzes booking patterns and client history to suggest available times for new appointments.

Calendar connections and booking updates

Google Calendar synchronization reflects booking changes across connected calendars. Pro adds advanced Google Calendar sync, plus connections for iCal or Apple Calendar and Outlook. Google Meet can generate a meeting link for a booking. Email confirmations and reminders help keep clients informed, while Pro adds SMS through Twilio and WhatsApp notifications.

Payments and booking entries

Customers can pay with Stripe during booking, use local or offline payment methods, or check out through WooCommerce. Pro adds PayPal. WooCommerce can provide additional payment gateways and order management. A sales analytics dashboard tracks bookings, revenue, and trends over time.

Group bookings with seat selection

For workshops, conferences, theaters, and other ticketed events, the Visual Seat Map shows live seat availability on a floor plan. Attendees choose an exact seat and ticket tier, such as VIP, Gold, or Standard, then complete the booking on the WordPress website. Group bookings can also accommodate multiple attendees.

Additional booking tools

Pro also supports custom booking form fields, client notes, special availability overrides, an admin calendar view, multiple hosts per booking, and CSV or Excel data import and export. Integrations include Zoom, FluentCRM, Pabbly, and Zapier.

Setup

Install and activate Timetics in WordPress, then configure services, availability, team members, calendars, payment settings, reminders, and booking settings. Add the booking calendar to a page, post, or widget area with a shortcode, then review the booking flow before accepting appointments.
