From client login to dashboard

White Label Pro helps agencies and web developers tailor WordPress administration for client sites. Login settings shape the branded entry screen. After sign-in, dashboard settings determine which information and utilities users see first.

Set the login page layout, colors, background picture, and logo. You can conceal the Remember Me checkbox, WordPress Language Switcher, Go to Site link, and Lost Your Password link. Custom CSS is also available for the login page.

On the dashboard, remove default widgets, make custom widgets, or replace the standard welcome panel with a custom one. You can also replace the WordPress dashboard with a custom dashboard for users who need a tailored starting point.

Admin visibility and settings

Control the admin menus by hiding sections, renaming menu items, or changing their icons. Rename or hide admin bar items, and hide add-ons or themes from their respective screens. Plugin and theme details, including names, descriptions, and links, can also be changed. Hiding extensions helps prevent clients from accidentally updating or deleting them.

Additional controls include hiding update notifications from non-admin users and removing admin notifications, Screen Options, and Help buttons. You can change the WordPress login URL, add a login redirect, set default WordPress email sender settings, and disable the admin email verification screen. White Label Pro can also hide the WordPress version number from the frontend and admin.

For visual changes, set an admin color scheme for all users and add custom CSS or JavaScript to the admin area. Select administrators who can bypass the rules. Import or export settings to reuse them across sites; on a Multisite Network, settings from the main site can be applied to every site in the network.

Selected extension and Elementor controls

White Label Pro includes controls for selected third-party plugins. For Yoast SEO, remove branding and premium upsells. For Gravity Forms, tailor branding and settings. For SearchWP, replace branding and control menu access.

For Elementor, hide its logo in the editor or replace the editor loading logo. Change the editor color scheme, replace Elementor-related text, hide navigation items, and hide Pro upgrade nags and inaccessible capabilities.

Configure the login, dashboard, admin, extension, theme, and Elementor settings that fit each client site, then review the resulting experience with the relevant user roles.
