Build and place forms

WPZOOM Forms PRO adds advanced tools to a drag-and-drop WordPress form builder. Create forms in a dedicated dashboard builder, arrange fields and layouts, and start from a template or describe the form in plain language for the AI Form Generator to configure. Use forms for contact requests, feedback, appointments, bookings, quotes, job applications, and support.

Publish a finished form with the WPZOOM Form block, the Elementor widget, or a shortcode. Shortcodes also work with themes, page builders, widget areas, and the Classic Editor. Forms are mobile responsive.

Choose fields for the information you need

File upload fields accept PDFs and pictures, including resumes, cover letters, project documents, portfolios, and support attachments. Date and time pickers support booking and appointment forms; the time picker offers 12-hour or 24-hour formats and configurable minute intervals. A number field validates numeric entries. Conditional logic can display or conceal fields based on earlier answers.

For privacy and lead tracking processes, add a GDPR consent checkbox with customizable text and a privacy policy link, or use hidden fields to capture UTM parameters, referrer data, and other metadata.

Connect and manage submissions

Connect a form to Mailchimp to add submissions to an audience for newsletter signups or other email lists. AJAX submissions let visitors send a form and see its confirmation message without a page reload. The visual email editor works with branded notification layouts and dynamic field tags.

Submissions are stored in the WordPress dashboard, where they can be searched and filtered. Export submissions as CSV, or import and export forms as JSON to transfer them between sites or create backups. Duplicate a form to make a variation without rebuilding it.

Start from a template and configure protection

Templates cover contact, advanced contact, quote request, feedback, appointments, leads, waitlists, demos, audits, events, support, education, real estate, restaurants, and local services. The PRO library also includes 20+ industry-specific templates, with examples for business consultations, project inquiries, patient intake, job applications, and restaurant reservations.

Spam protection includes Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, Akismet, and Cloudflare Turnstile.

Set up and embed a form

Install WPZOOM Forms PRO in WordPress, open its dashboard section, and create a form with the drag-and-drop builder or a template. Configure the PRO functions the form needs, such as Mailchimp, file uploads, conditional logic, or custom email notifications. Then publish it with a block, the Elementor widget, or a shortcode.
