Send each form to the right ActiveCampaign list

Active Campaign & Contact Form 7 Pro connects Contact Form 7 forms to an ActiveCampaign account. After setup, submissions can sync in the background. Choose the list IDs for each form and map its Contact Form 7 fields to matching ActiveCampaign fields. A newsletter form and an enquiry form can use different lists, with values such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other collected details mapped to their corresponding fields.

What Pro adds to field mapping

Pro works with unlimited ActiveCampaign list IDs and custom fields, so you can map the form data you collect without those limits. It also supports advanced Contact Form 7 mail tags in ActiveCampaign field mapping.

• Apply ActiveCampaign tags to contacts based on form submissions.
• Add consent or acceptance checkboxes when a form needs permission before sending information.
• Use the integration with multilingual WordPress websites through WPML and Polylang support.

Connect and configure a form

Contact Form 7 must be installed and active, and you need an ActiveCampaign account with its API URL and key. Install and activate the add-on, then open the relevant form in the Contact Form 7 editor. Connect using the ActiveCampaign URL and API key, choose the list IDs, and map the form fields. Add tags or consent fields if needed, then use the form to collect submissions. Configuration is handled in the form editor.
