Admin Columns Pro configures columns in WordPress admin tables for posts, pages, custom post types, customers, media, comments, and taxonomies. Columns display information available on the website, such as custom fields or file details. Choose from more than 200 column types, then drag to reorder and resize them.

Match columns to the records you review

Add featured pictures, custom fields, and taxonomy terms to post lists. The Media Library can display file size, dimensions, or EXIF data, while visitor lists can display roles and metadata. Supported custom field formats include text, numbers, dates, images, URLs, colors, true or false values, and relationships to posts, users, or media.

Sort, filter, and edit from the list table

Sort by columns and narrow lists with stackable smart filters. Save filters as segments and share them with your team. Inline editing updates supported titles, custom fields, taxonomies, and other values; bulk editing applies supported changes to multiple items.

Format and export table data

Conditional formatting color-codes rows and cells according to rules. Export information to CSV for a portable overview, or import and export column sets to reuse configurations across websites or share them with team members.

Extend configurations with PHP

Admin Columns is open source. Developers can use actions and filters to register custom column types, modify output, or connect their own plugins. Register column configurations in PHP for version-controlled setups; Pro can also save configurations to PHP. The extension is designed to work alongside page builders, custom post type plugins, and third-party extensions.

Set up a screen

Install Admin Columns Pro, then open Settings > Admin Columns and pick an administration screen. Add the fields, taxonomies, metadata, or other available information your team needs, arrange the columns, and use Pro sorting, filtering, editing, formatting, or export options as needed.
