Search utilities within WordPress
Widgets and shortcodes place property search, maps, and galleries on dedicated search pages, within existing content, or in areas for particular audiences, without complicated coding. The plugin integrates IDX content into the website without a subdomain or iframe, while the content is hosted on Showcase IDX’s cloud platform. Listing pages and other IDX content are described as search-engine-indexable. Server prerendering helps search engines see listings as part of the website.
Registration and lead follow-up
Calls to action invite visitors to register. You can choose where, how, and when visitors see prompts to sign up for listings that match their search criteria. Social media sign-in is also available. Real-time Showcase IDX lead data can capture and distribute contact information, trigger marketing automations, and help track prospects. Drip emails with new listings support communication after an initial search.
MLS access and plan terms
For most MLSs, the Showcase IDX engine checks for updates every five minutes or less. MLS coverage varies, and some MLSs may charge a separate IDX feed access fee. Sign-up includes an e-signature agreement for the requested MLS feeds. While waiting for MLS approval, users receive login credentials for add-on installation and demo data. As applicable, the ten-day trial with live data begins after the required approval and signature process is complete.
Showcase IDX has monthly and yearly plans. The supplied product information states there are no setup fees or long-term contracts; pricing details are available through the product’s pricing page.
