For live chat, visitors can open a button connected to Tidio, Tawk, Crisp or Intercom. The connected service handles the conversation; Bit Assist Pro presents its button alongside the other contact routes.
Site owners configure widgets for various support tasks
Create unlimited widgets for different needs and sites, then copy an existing widget to reuse its setup. Only one widget can be used on a website at a time. Page filters control where it appears, and business-hour options let site owners align availability with office hours.
Choose which channels and support utilities to show. Available buttons include custom forms and iframe content, a knowledge base, FAQs, WordPress Search and WooCommerce. Visitors can use the WooCommerce button to look up order details and shipping status.
For forms, site owners choose the fields visitors complete. When a visitor submits a form, Bit Assist Pro can send the submitted data to a configured webhook URL for use with an external service or automation platform.
Widget analytics track visitor and click counts. Google Tag Manager click tracking is available after activation and configuration. Site owners can also set custom CSS, choose a widget style and position it in any corner. Display settings target desktop or mobile visitors, while behavior options include opening on click, hover or by default.
Site owners publish the widget on WordPress and external sites
On a WordPress site, install and activate Bit Assist Pro, create a widget, then choose its channels and show settings. To publish it on an external site, configure the channels, add the external domain, copy the provided script and paste it into the site. Supported examples include Drupal, Joomla, Wix and Shopify.
