Send Contact Form 7 submissions to Google Sheets
CF7 Google Sheets Connector PRO sends successful form submissions to Google Sheets as new rows. Use spreadsheets to organize leads, inquiries, registrations, RSVPs, orders and other form data. A single Contact Form 7 form can send submissions to multiple sheets or worksheet tabs when each destination has a configured feed.
Select destinations and set the spreadsheet layout
Automatic Google Sheet and worksheet tab detection lets you select a destination without manually entering Sheet IDs and Tab IDs. For each feed, pick which Contact Form 7 fields to send and how to arrange them.
- Field mapping: Select the form fields sent to Google Sheets.
- Column order: Set the order of fields in the spreadsheet.
- Custom headers: Rename column headers to fit the spreadsheet.
- Field controls: Enable or disable individual fields.
- Mail tags: Use the Contact Form 7 special mail tag options supported by the Pro edition.
These controls can help match a feed to a spreadsheet's column layout or send only selected form values. Separate feeds can send the same form's submissions to various destinations.
Choose an authentication method
Quick Connect uses Google OAuth 2.0 and does not require creating a Google Cloud project or API keys. For server-to-server connections, the connector also works with Google Service Account authentication with a JSON key. Manual Google authentication is available for organizations using their own Google Cloud project and OAuth credentials.
Submission storage and diagnostics
After a successful form submission, the connector can send the entry to Google Sheets according to the feed options. Optional local storage keeps entries in the WordPress database separately from the Sheets connection. Stored entries can be browsed by form, searched and paginated, marked read or unread, and selected for bulk sending to a spreadsheet.
Diagnostic tools include error logs for Google authentication, connection and API failures. System-status information covers the WordPress, PHP, add-on and server environment.
