Read activity reports
The widget can display online users, visits, actions, bounce rates, organic searches, and average time. The custom dashboard can list the top 30 pages, referrers, and searches, with sortable columns. Sorting changes the order of the reported rows; the figures describe tracked activity, but do not by themselves explain why visits or bounce rates changed.
A cache capability is available to improve loading speeds. Access-level settings control who can view the statistics, and an option shows stats at the end of each article on the frontend.
Configure tracking and privacy
The add-on adds Clicky Web Analytics tracking code to each page. You can disable the code, configure cookieless tracking, or load it asynchronously. Other tracking settings include usernames, email addresses, YouTube video actions, and HTML5 video actions.
Privacy-oriented controls include IP address anonymization, a global opt-out option, and tools for handling GDPR requests from visitors.
Video analytics and custom data tracking require a Clicky Analytics Pro account.
Set up the extension
Upload the plugin directory to your WordPress extensions directory and activate it. Open Settings → Clicky Analytics, enter the required Site Key and Site ID, then save the configuration. Review reports in the dashboard widget or custom dashboard. A POT file is available for translations.
