Photo Gallery Pro adds ways to organize WordPress image collections, shape how users browse them, and manage access. Use it for photography portfolios, events, client albums, product or property photos, travel blogs, and other image collections.

Build and arrange galleries

Add pictures in bulk from the WordPress Media Library, then reorder them with drag and drop. Set titles, captions, descriptions, ALT text, and links for individual images. Gallery Groups bring related galleries together as albums for projects, events, clients, or other collections. You can reuse a gallery across pages and update its placements by editing it once.

Pro also works with image imports from Tumblr, Flickr, Google Drive, and FTP. Visual editing utilities let you adjust gallery images within the add-on, and social sharing is available for gallery content.

Choose a layout and browsing controls

Pro adds Mosaic layouts, category and icon templates, and galleries built from posts and pages. Visitors can browse with category tabs, filters, search, pagination, Load More, or infinite scroll. Caption Builder, hover captions and icons, and EXIF data provide additional ways to present image details.

Lightbox settings include slideshows, additional styles, labels, side panels, captions, image navigation, and other display controls. Pro also supports video galleries with YouTube and Vimeo items.

Manage image delivery and access

Watermarks can mark gallery images, while image optimization tools let you reduce image size, control maximum dimensions, and pick frontend image format behavior, including WebP and AVIF. Lazy loading and CDN delivery are also available for gallery images.

For selected galleries or images, configure access restrictions and unlock behavior, show thumbnail or popup previews, and provide paid visitors with download options. Pro supports private galleries and paid resolution downloads for workflows such as client image delivery or paid media collections.

Set up and publish

Install and activate Photo Gallery Pro in WordPress, then open the gallery management tools and make a gallery. Select images from the Media Library or an available import source, arrange them, and add image details. Choose a layout and set its visual options, then publish the gallery with a Gutenberg block, Elementor widget, or shortcode. Configure lightbox, watermark, optimization, access, or download settings as needed. Priority support is included with the Pro feature set.
