Submissions use AJAX, so the page does not need to refresh. Front-end and back-end validation are available, and the builder is translation-ready.
Configure fields and form behavior
Choose from more than 20 fields, including star ratings, sliders, and matrix fields. Conditional logic adjusts a form based on visitor input, while math logic supports order forms and quizzes. Forms can also save progress automatically and accept multiple file uploads.
Add-on options include multi-page forms, user registration, and form-to-post workflows.
Choose a show and follow-up
Place forms inline with a shortcode, or use popup, fly-in, and sticky-button shows. FormCraft can email new submission notifications to multiple recipients and send customized auto-responders to visitors. Available service integrations include MailChimp, GetResponse, Campaign Monitor, and Aweber. Stripe support includes one-click checkout.
Review and export submissions
Form analytics are available in the WordPress dashboard. Export submissions to CSV or spreadsheet format, and export or import form templates. Premium also delivers access to an online form template gallery.
Set up a form
Install FormCraft Premium through the WordPress add-on workflow. Create a form in the drag-and-drop editor, select its fields, configure validation or logic, and adjust its appearance. Add any needed notifications, auto-responders, integrations, or file uploads, then embed the form with a shortcode or pick another supported display format.
