Save Contact Form 7 submissions in WordPress

Contact Form 7 does not save form entries to a database by itself. Database for Contact Form 7 Pro records submitted information in WordPress, where you can review and manage it instead of relying only on email messages. Pro supports unlimited forms and unlimited data, and records submissions across multiple forms automatically.

Use it with contact, quote, request, or registration forms. The extension supports Contact Form 7's standard field types.

Choose a form and manage its entries

After activation, open the Database menu under Contact in the WordPress dashboard and choose a form. Its saved submissions appear in an organized view. You can edit details and change tags on individual entries, filter records, and delete entries in bulk. Drag and drop columns to sort them, or show and conceal columns to adjust the database view.

Export all data to CSV, or export the data from a selected column. Depending on the information collected by a form, records can include names, phone numbers, email addresses, subjects, messages, submission dates and times, visitor IDs, IP addresses, and other submitted information.

Check compatibility and install

The extension is compatible with major WordPress themes, add-ons, and page builders. It also works with other Contact Form 7 extensions, including Multi-Step for Contact Form 7.

1. Install and activate Contact Form 7.
2. Install and activate Database for Contact Form 7 Pro in WordPress.
3. Open Contact, then Database, and select the form whose entries you want to manage.
4. Set up the available columns and export options for your process.
