Request reviews after an order

CusRev Pro is the paid plan of Customer Reviews for WooCommerce, a extension for collecting, displaying, and managing feedback in a WooCommerce store. WooCommerce must be installed and activated for the plugin to work. After an order is fulfilled and marked as completed, the plugin can send a personalized review request email after a delay you set. Customers can review multiple items from the order on one aggregated form.

Send reminders automatically or invite clients manually by email for selected orders. Manual WhatsApp invitations use a click-to-chat integration. With self-hosted review forms enabled, an order action can make a QR code for that order’s form; its usual eligibility and expiration options apply.

Collect reviews and answer product questions

Customers can submit ratings, images, and videos through review forms. Submitted reviews use the standard WooCommerce review format. Stores can offer a discount code for a future purchase as a thank-you for leaving a review.

The product-page Question and Answer feature lets customers ask and answer product questions and FAQs. A store can also enable additional rating criteria, review voting, and review filtering.

Manage review data and integrations

Import and export product and store reviews using CSV files, including reviews with images or videos. The same tools support product questions and answers. CusRev also supports Google Shopping XML feeds for products and product reviews.

An optional integration with an external service can verify customer reviews. CAPTCHA settings require a site key and secret key from the selected service, entered in the plugin settings.

Pro plan and setup

CusRev offers Free and Pro plans. Pro includes additional capabilities and email support. To get started, install and activate WooCommerce, add the plugin, and configure it under Reviews > Settings.
