Mail Mint Pro manages email marketing from a WordPress dashboard. Contact and campaign data are stored in the WordPress database, and outgoing email uses the site's configured default SMTP. Mail Mint does not provide its own email delivery service. It sets no contact or sending-volume limits or email-volume fees; delivery depends on the website's SMTP setup and provider.

Build a contact list

Create embedded forms, pop-ups, fly-ins and notification bars with the form builder. Add contacts manually, import a CSV, paste contact data, or import WordPress users and WooCommerce clients. Easy Digital Downloads customer imports are available with Pro. Lists and tags help organize contacts. Pro includes dynamic segments based on contact details or activity, along with contact profiles that display interaction history.

Prepare campaigns and newsletters

Design emails with the visual drag-and-drop builder and its templates, product blocks and personalization merge tags. A classic editor and a plain-text editor are also available. Create regular or scheduled campaigns, weekly newsletters and follow-up messages. Pro adds email sequences with time delays and recurring campaigns.

WooCommerce product blocks let you include products in campaigns. Pro also adds a post block for recent or selected articles. Campaign analytics include measures such as opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and contact growth; WooCommerce revenue data is available for Pro campaigns.

Automate messages around site activity

Build visual workflows that start with events such as a form submission or WordPress activity. Pro adds triggers for WooCommerce orders, order-status changes and customer behavior, as well as conditional flows based on engagement or contact details. Workflows can send emails, add delays, organize contacts and execute follow-up sequences.

Pro includes abandoned cart recovery for WooCommerce. Track carts and arrange follow-up emails for abandoned, lost or recovered carts, with cart details available for messages. Pro automation also supports actions such as creating coupons.

Customize store emails and use AI assistance

Mail Mint integrates with WooCommerce and, with Pro, Easy Digital Downloads. For WooCommerce, tailor transactional messages such as order confirmations and completion emails. Pro includes a visual drag-and-drop builder for these emails.

AI assistance can help create campaign content and workflows and analyze campaign performance. Connect a supported AI service, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, or use an AI provider connected through WordPress AI Connector or an MCP server. Review generated changes before applying them.

Privacy controls and setup

Privacy functions include double opt-in confirmation, email preference and unsubscribe links, IP anonymization and a privacy checkbox for forms. Install Mail Mint Pro as a WordPress extension, follow the setup wizard, configure the site's SMTP, then create forms, organize contacts and prepare campaigns or workflows.
