Controls for WordPress visitors

DJ-Accessibility Pro extends DJ-Accessibility, a set of tools designed to help people with disabilities navigate a site. It works with WordPress and integrates with the YOOTheme Pro Builder.

Choose how the controls appear

Accessibility options can appear in a pop-up or a toolbar layout. The toolbar is available in Pro and presents the controls in a more visible arrangement. Choose the presentation that suits your page.

Features included in Pro

Compared with the Lite capability set, Pro includes a toolbar layout, a screen reader feature and read mode. These options sit alongside the show and navigation controls.

Display and navigation controls

• Contrast and emphasis: Visitors can invert colors, switch to monochrome, select dark or light contrast, adjust saturation, and highlight links or headings.
• Keyboard navigation: Supports moving through the website without a mouse.
• Mobile use: The controls are mobile friendly.
• Typography: Visitors can change font size, line height and letter spacing.
• Control icon: A customizable icon identifies the accessibility options on the page.

Install and configure

In the WordPress administration area, go to Plugins, choose Add New, then choose Upload Plugin. Select the extension ZIP file, click Install Now, and activate it. Configure the available controls and choose the pop-up or Pro toolbar layout.
