Global option forms let users update shared website data

When shared data, such as header or footer content, is stored in an ACF settings page, a form can let users edit those global options from the frontend.

Submission limits control how often users can submit

Set a submission limit for all users or for specific users. This lets you restrict repeated submissions through the form.

Mapped email actions use submitted form data

Configure emails to send after a form submission and map form data to the email address, from address, subject, and message. Form settings support any number of emails for a submission. Add the required fields before configuring the email settings.

Elementor styling and steps shape the form flow

Use the Style tab with Elementor to style forms and buttons. Multi-step forms divide a longer process into stages. A form can also open in a modal when a user clicks a button, so it stays out of the page layout until opened.

Permissions determine who can use forms and the admin area

Choose access by user role or specific users, and hide the WordPress admin area from selected users. Registration forms can also be used to let new users sign up.

Payment and WooCommerce actions extend frontend workflows

Forms can accept payments through Stripe or PayPal upon submission. The WooCommerce integration lets users add products from the frontend.

Built-in integrations include WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, SureCart, Advanced Custom Fields, and Pods. Supported page builders include Elementor, Bricks Builder, Spectra Website Builder, Divi Builder, Beaver Builder, Thrive Architect, Gutenberg, and Oxygen Builder.

Form placement connects the workflow to a page

After creating and configuring a form, place it with a Gutenberg block or shortcode. For post categories, add a taxonomy field and set its taxonomy type to Category.
