Build forms in the editor

Gutenverse Form Pro is a visual form builder for the WordPress Block Editor and Site Editor. Add form blocks, arrange fields and layouts, configure Form Actions, and adjust input styles without writing code. Use it for contact pages, booking requests, reservation inquiries, newsletter subscriptions, lead generation, feedback, registration inquiries, surveys, and other custom forms.

Gutenverse Form includes more than 15 form blocks and field types, including email, phone, number, date, select, checkbox, radio, and text fields. Required field validation helps ensure important information is submitted. A reCAPTCHA block provides an option for spam protection. Responsive editing utilities cover desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts. Global color and typography controls, along with settings for spacing, backgrounds, borders, notice messages, and inputs, help forms fit a website styling.

Review submissions and entry activity

Submitted forms can be stored as WordPress entries. The Form Dashboard summarizes total entries, tracked forms, active locations, and activity over seven days. Pro dashboard tools add panels for top forms, top entry sources, recent activity, and needs-attention signals, plus a 30-day range control.

Source tracking identifies locations such as pages, posts, templates, and form locations. The Pro entry archive includes search, pagination, filters for form, source, and date, and CSV export. A read-only entry view can display submitted values, form details, source links, browser information, and available payment or integration information. Recent entries can also include source links and quick actions.

Configure email and integrations

Form Actions can send notification emails to administrators and confirmation emails to visitors. Email settings support field placeholders, dynamic recipients, and reply-to settings. Pro email-template tools let you create reusable designed templates for confirmation and notification messages.

Manage available Pro integrations in dashboard settings and connect them to individual Form Actions. When an integration runs for an entry, administrators can review its logs and use resubmit controls for recorded entry actions.

Set up a form

Install and activate Gutenverse Form Pro in WordPress, then open the Block Editor or Site Editor. Add the Form Builder block, choose fields, configure Form Actions, and style the form for responsive display. Use the dashboard to review stored entries, set up email notifications, and manage available integration settings.
