Set metadata and add classifications

Set default alt text, captions, and descriptions by file type, with dynamic tags available in default attribute settings. Configure display defaults such as link, size, and alignment. Pro also lets you edit EXIF and IPTC image metadata and create custom taxonomies to classify media beyond folders.

Use media in galleries and optimize images

Extend WordPress' [gallery] shortcode to create dynamic galleries. The MLO Gallery block can display galleries from media categories and folders in grid, masonry, carousel, or justified layouts. Image optimization settings support compression with custom quality levels and conversion of uploaded images to WebP.

Migration and setup

Import media organization from other WordPress Media Library extensions. The extension is also compatible with popular page builders, themes, and WordPress extensions, so existing site workflows can continue alongside folder search and filtering.
