AI Content Analysis offers tags analysis, readability scoring, and content gap analysis for knowledge-base articles. Article traffic can help you prioritize which documentation to review. AI Quiz Generation creates drafts from articles; edit the title, introduction, questions, answers, and explanations before publishing.

Pro AI tools can use pages, posts, and custom post types as additional content sources. Upload PDFs to convert them into knowledge-base articles, with optional AI formatting for headings, lists, and paragraphs, or into AI training notes. Other listed Pro AI capabilities include human-agent handoff, feedback buttons for AI responses, and email notifications about AI insights.

Set access rules

Content Protection, also called Access Manager, can restrict knowledge-base content to specific customers, groups, WordPress roles, or custom permissions. AI Chat access can be set for everyone, logged-in users, or selected WordPress roles, with separate rules for each chat location.
