Manage events across multiple dates
RSVP Pro is the paid version of RSVP and Event Management for WordPress. The free version handles one event; Pro supports multiple events and sub-events. For a program spanning several days, you can set up a separate event for each day while keeping the dates within the wider schedule.
This structure can help when attendees register for specific dates or organizers need an attendance record for each day. RSVP Pro can be used for conferences, classes, meetings, celebrations, and other occasions that need event registration and follow-up.
Communicate with attendees
Organizers can provide calendar invitations and create reminder emails. A front-end attendee list can show registered participants, and a waiting list can help manage interest when places are limited.
Record attendance with check-ins
RSVP Pro can generate QR codes and record attendance through check-in functionality, connecting registration records with arrivals at an event.
Set up the RSVP form
Add the [rsvp] shortcode to a WordPress page associated with the RSVP form. Visitors can register themselves when the Open Registrations option is enabled.
You can prefill attendee information through query-string parameters on the form page: firstName for the first name, lastName for the last name, and passcode when a passcode is enabled or required.
Upgrade and configure
After purchasing the Pro edition, follow the provided upgrade instructions. Create or choose the RSVP form page, add the shortcode, then configure the events and any sub-events, invitations, reminders, QR codes, check-in process, attendee show, or waiting list you need. The Pro edition includes priority support for questions about its paid functionality.
