Set the branding clients see

Ultimate Client Dash Pro gives agencies, freelancers, and site owners controls for shaping the WordPress administration experience their clients use. Customize the admin top bar, footer, menu presentation, link and button colors, greeting text, and other dashboard details. You can add custom CSS for the dashboard and login page.

On the login screen, set a custom logo, background image, overlay, footer text, and selected URL links. Choose whether to display links such as Back to Site and Forgot Password, then apply styling to match your branding. You can also replace the active theme’s name with your rebrand name in the WordPress Dashboard.

For the client user role, conceal the plugin from the add-on list and hide update notifications and nags.

Choose client access and menus

Create a client user role and remove menu items from a dynamically populated list. Menu controls can apply to all roles or specifically to clients. WordPress core, theme, and plugin capabilities are also populated dynamically, so you can assign the capabilities needed for the client role.

• Assign clients to the Clients user role.
• Limit or extend the client role’s capabilities.
• Remove selected dashboard menu items.
• Hide update notifications and nags for clients.
• Disable fatal PHP error protection email notifications and WordPress auto-update email notifications.

Add guidance and prepare landing pages

Create up to four custom dashboard widgets, which can use shortcodes. Custom welcome messages can contain pictures, iframes, shortcodes, and other content, giving you a place to put useful information or instructions for clients.

For a public-facing site that is coming soon or under construction, create a landing page with a custom logo, call-to-action button, social media links, and customizable styling. Pro adds custom CSS for the landing page and controls for its meta title and description. Google Analytics tracking is available for the landing page and website. You can also add Facebook Pixels, head scripts, frontend CSS, and custom JavaScript.

Configure the client experience

1. Set dashboard and login branding, including logos, colors, text, and custom CSS.
2. Configure the client role and pick its menus and capabilities.
3. Add dashboard widgets or a welcome message with relevant instructions.
4. Prepare a Coming Soon or Under Construction page when needed.
5. Apply available tracking, scripts, and frontend customization settings.

Installation

Install Ultimate Client Dash Pro on the WordPress site where you want to manage the client dashboard. After activation, configure the branding, client role, dashboard controls, widgets, landing page, and tracking options from the plugin’s settings and administration screens.
